That's right folks. You have all lived long enough not to just see a LUNAR eclipse (last year foo) but a SOLAR eclipse today!
Unfortunately, our area shall not be blacked out for approximately 6 mins and 39 seconds, but the Indians, Chinese, Bangledesh-ians/ese will. And prolly some Pacific Islanders too.
Okay so you're perhaps like "OSNAP. OSNAP. WRY AREN'T I ON A PACIFIC ISLAND NOW" But never fear, citizen!
You can go to the Griffith Observatory to view the webcast or
try these websites:

Not all of these work for me, maybe because of the vast amount of other netizens trying to watch the webcast.
Hurr.
I'll update this post when something actually works.
EDIT: http://www.ustream.tv/channel/solar-eclipse-live-from-guwahati seems to work!
EDIT: http://www.ndtv.com/news/videos/video_live.php?id=LIVE_BG24x7 IS SO MUCH BETTER!!
EDIT: Chinese channels on cable/digital television are also broadcasting this.
Fun Facts! :D
-You should not look at an eclipse directly.
-Keep pets&animals indoors during an eclipse; otherwise they'll be weirded out and roosters will crow at "dawn" again.
-This year's eclipse is the longest of the century.
-Gasp! Most workers in China will have 2 hrs off to enjoy to show in the sky. Schools in India are also out for the day, or some more rigorous ones will start an hour later.
-Spaz killed 3 FBI agents and hid the corpses under his bed.
EDIT (again): Anyways, the eclipse was awesome.
