Rick Perry's Transcript

It might be unfair to judge him based on grades at Texas A&M, but I still have one huge question:
How is Rick Perry a governor?
I mean, on that transcript it looked like he was more trying to be a farmer, with all those animal and chemistry classes. Maybe a vet? The few politics-related courses he took, he completely tanked in:
B in Comp&Rhetoric
C in Public Speaking
C in Comp&Rhetoric again
B in Business Law
C in US History
A then C in World Military Systems
D in Principals of Economics
Out of all four years of college. This is almost as bad as electing as governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, who built his political platform off of "I'm famous and in action movies you loved."
Also, most damningly, he got a D in Shakespeare :3
