I know people that "would sacrifice freedom for security deserve neither", but just wow.

For anyone not clear about the background for this article, the people in Egypt finally got President-for-Life Mubarak to resign earlier this week, and there's a current interim government in place by the Egyptian military, which may or may not be a transition into another dictatorship. So following this example like the French followed America's (badly), several other countries are starting to protest their own dictatorships. Except in those countries, the military is on the dictator's side.

A part of me wants to praise the Libyans for being brave and standing up for their rights, but another part is saying that it's such a pointless massacre, seeing this specific ongoing massacre isn't bringing the Libyans any closer to freedom.

I kind of feel glad to live in America, where all we have are Jews controlling the mass media. Also, lizard people.
